Chalet X by MQCG - Event Pop Up & Backdrop Design

Clayton House, a private lifestyle club Denver commissioned MQCG to host a new member welcome party. Abby was placed in charge of a limited budget with the goal of providing guests food and drinks, while also decorating an empty patio for a cozy February winter event.

This event was a success for the following reasons:

• Sourced three items to add to the pop-up experience within budget: a custom backdrop, bench and an ice sculpture.
• Heaters were sourced and guests had appetizer and themed cocktail service, all within budget.
